During the planning phase, the company analysed the current operations and use of space which led to the creation of a new spatial structure. This structure includes open and closed office spaces, meeting rooms with various capacities, focus rooms, and spaces for open collaboration and leisure. These spaces not only facilitate the company’s efficient daily operations but also attract colleagues to the office thanks to state-of-the-art technological equipment and a family-like interior.
The colourful, cheerful and energetic environment is reflected in the interior design concept, where countless small, smiling elements referring to the daily activities and the love of animals appear: Ecophon Akusto™ Freedom panels, designed with unique graphics using photos of colleagues' pets, were placed in the office spaces and meeting rooms. At the reception, a special installation consisting of 596 cans of pet food represents the company's profile.
The office is especially pet-friendly. In addition to the colleagues' cats and dogs, fish from the previous office have also been relocated as permanent guests. A separate dining area has been created for colleagues arriving with pets, in addition to the "no pet zones" created in accordance with hygiene rules, such as the canteen, dining room and washrooms.
During the design of the office, the main consideration was that the built-in elements should be made of durable, high-quality products, and during the size coordination, cutting waste could be minimised by taking into account the production size. The different types of Ecophon ceiling systems help to reduce the general noise of each space, the lighting is uniformly made with LED technology, and the building engineering ensures comfortable use with modern, energy-efficient operation and serves the primary principles of sustainability.
