Borås study - Le bruit perturbe le sommeil
À l'unité de soins intensifs de l'hôpital de Borås, en Suède, un groupe de chercheurs a étudié comment les patients gravement malades sont affectés par le son. Ils ont constaté que les niveaux élevés de pression acoustique et les pics de bruit rendent les patients stressés et moins capables de dormir. Et le sommeil est l'un des aspects les plus importants de la récupération.
