At Stommen Group's headquarters in Markaryd, Sweden, the award-winning Ecophon Master™ Eg acoustic ceiling has been installed, contributing to a modern and aesthetically pleasing work environment.

Early in the project, design, lighting, and acoustic environment were key considerations. Most of the office spaces feature an open-plan layout, which presented certain challenges regarding acoustics. Therefore, it was important to address acoustics from the early stages and ensure easy integration of lighting tracks and other installations. During the project's progression, Master Eg became the obvious choice, offering easily demountable absorbers with a floating appearance. In collaboration with Swegon, ventilation units were developed to align seamlessly with the dimensions of Master Eg, creating a cohesive look.

To further enhance the visual experience, different colours were applied on each floor, specifically Silver Stone and Silk Slate. By utilising Master Eg in these shades, a work environment that combines superior acoustics with elegant design was achieved.
