A high-quality office environment cannot do without a high-quality acoustic solution. Due to the atypicality of the space with large skylights, it was necessary to find a tailor-made solution.

The Sinner Schrader offices from Kurz Architekti received the prestigious Art of Space Award and Office of the Year in 2019. The unique spaces were created in the former motor vehicle research institute, and the resulting architectural solution underlines its industrial character.

It took half a year finding and creating a space for 60 employees that could support their creativity. So, these premises were found - in an old industrial building. It was therefore necessary to respect the order and construction of the building, its industrial character with all building blocks, frames, and specific design.
