The new LUX MED headquarters in Warsaw is a 13,000 m² office designed for 1,500 employees, tailored to hybrid work and fostering collaboration. The project reflects the company’s values, focusing on a healthy, eco-friendly, and functional work environment. Acoustic solutions were a key priority, with Ecophon Focus™ Ds ceilings chosen for their improved sound performance and innovative installation system.

Located in the Lakeside building, the office unites all company divisions under one roof, enhancing teamwork. The fifth floor, featuring a terrace, serves as the heart of the office, with a coworking area and spaces for larger events.

Additionally, the office includes 114 meeting rooms, focus rooms, acoustic booths, and social zones with park views. The design process was guided by extensive employee research, ensuring the layout meets their needs. This modern workspace supports regeneration and knowledge sharing.
