The new swimming hall offers customers an 8-lane, 25-metre fitness pool, a multi-purpose pool, a children's pool, and a teaching pool. The total pool surface area is 855 m². The facilities are designed to be fully accessible.

The project was ordered by Property and Facilities Management Services of Oulu, and NCC Suomi Oy served as the contractor, carrying out the construction according to the client's plans. The swimming hall features, among other things, stainless steel pools.

The construction process presented daily challenges, such as strict structural precision requirements, special materials, complex technical systems, and the demanding conditions of a swimming hall environment.

This swimming hall was fitted with a stunning Ecophon Focus™ Ez ceiling.
