A new landmark has emerged in the centre of Linköping, a building that has changed the cityscape forever. The ten-storey building was completed in the end of 2021.
The building contains offices, 40 apartments, a restaurant, roof terrace with bar, lounge environments and common meeting rooms, with a GTA (Gross Total Area) of about 24,000m2, of which the office part is about 13,500m2.
The office building is certified according to the LEED Green Building Rating System, level Gold and the apartments according to Miljöbyggnad Silver. The developer was Fastighets L E Lundberg and the architects were Winell & Jern Arkitekter and PEAB Sweden was the general contractor.
