Office refurbishment for new regional premises 

One London Square is an imposing, prominently located building in a thriving area of Guildford. It has recently undergone a major refurbishment and provides Grade A office space to some major companies, including regional premises for law firm, Charles Russell. 

Focus LP for acoustics and aesthetics

The company specified the use of Focus LP in the project for acoustic and aesthetic reasons.

“We specify Focus Lp in areas where acoustics is important. Practically, it is good because it provides an accessible ceiling, whilst offering a noticeable difference with regards to acoustics. Aesthetically, it provides change in ceiling tone, zoning areas to create a more considered use of space,” said Zoe.

“Ecophon products used on other projects include Solo, to define zones in open plan areas such as informal meeting spaces, cafés, breakout areas which all need to absorb sound and reduce reverberation.”
