Ecophon Connect Distance trim - distance from the wall

The Connect Distance trim is a new addition to the Ecophon range. It is used to create a space between the wall and the ceiling, emphasising the transition. The highlighted release makes the acoustic ceiling float between the walls, especially in an edge D assembly, in which all sections are hidden. The Connect Distance trim is easy to fit. Assembly is subject to there being enough space above the acoustic ceiling to be able to attach it to the wall.

Connect Distance Trim - Alternative wall connections
The Connect Distance trim frames the acoustic ceiling to create a closed, dust proof assembly. It can also be used to minimise the effect of an uneven wall, where direct wall connections can generate unwanted shadows.

The Ecophon Maintenance guide is a web-based tool to generate maintenance instructions for Ecophon ceiling- and wall panel system, tailored for the specific project. An Ecophon specific document is generated including information to ensure the right treatment of the ceiling throughout its lifetime.
